Harry Potter query for a friend

I have a friend who is working on her dissertation, and she's looking for 1. Communities/bboards etc specifically geared to pagan or Wiccan fans of Harry Potter and 2. Fanfic or websites that focus on the act of working magic in the Potterverse, how the characters feel while working magic or the process of learning it, etc. She's looking at how contemporary pagans are re-appropriating magical imagery from media stereotypes.
